Dr. Dimitrova's service activities involve engagements both inside and outside the Greenlee School of Journalism and Communication. She is the co-founder of Research Fridays, a brown bag seminar in the School. Dr. Dimitrova has also been actively involved in the Communication Technology division (CTEC) of AEJMC (http://www.aejmc.net/ctec/) and served in various positions, mostly recently as CTEC Division Head.
